Stephen Mosher is the Chief Engineer for the Central Virginia VA Health Care System. He received a bachelor’s in Biomedical Engineering from Marquette University and a Master of Health Administration from VCU. Stephen has modernized processes and equipment across the system and is committed to creating a healing environment that empowers VA’s clinicians to deliver the highest quality care to our Nation’s Veterans. He lives in Museum District with his wife and enjoys tasting his way through Richmond’s restaurants.
