What the ELI Measures
Unlike personality tests (which tell you who you are), the ELI shows you how you show up — especially under stress. It measures your energy across seven levels of leadership, from reactive to innovative:
Level 1: Victim – “Life is happening to me.”
This level is characterized by feelings of helplessness, apathy, or self-doubt. You might feel stuck, drained, or overwhelmed by external circumstances.
Level 2: Conflict – “I must win at all costs.”
At this level, energy is fueled by anger, resistance, and blame. You may feel the need to control or compete, often seeing life as a zero-sum game.
Level 3: Responsibility – “I’ll make it work.”
Level 3 energy brings rational thinking and personal responsibility. You start to accept challenges, manage emotions, and find workable solutions.
Level 4: Concern – “How can I help?”
This energy focuses on compassion, service, and the needs of others. You’re empathetic, collaborative, and driven to create connection and harmony.
Level 5: Reconciliation – “Everything is an opportunity.”
At this level, challenges become opportunities. You focus on win-win outcomes, creativity, and solution-based thinking.
Level 6: Synthesis – “We are all connected.”
Here, you tap into intuition, synergy, and holistic awareness. You see the interconnectedness of all things and lead from a place of purpose, vision, and alignment.
Level 7: Absolute Passion – “I am one with everything.”
The highest level of energy reflects total presence, flow, and non-judgment. You operate from pure potential, without fear or ego.
