Prior to her current role, Amy served as an Operations Specialist at UVA Health, where she focused on improving processes, aligning cross-functional teams, and driving organizational outcomes. Earlier in her career, she held roles dedicated to organ donation and transplantation, including Hospital Services Coordinator at The Living Legacy Foundation of Maryland and Transplant Outreach & Education Coordinator at Johns Hopkins Hospital.
