Ismael Gama is a seasoned healthcare executive with over 20 years of leadership in behavioral health and hospital operations. As VP of Psychiatry and Behavioral Health at Centra Health, he oversees a full continuum of psychiatric services, including inpatient, outpatient, and residential care. His career spans executive roles in both faith-based and academic systems, with a focus on strategic growth, access expansion, and community-centered behavioral health delivery. Ismael holds an MBA and MA from Loyola University Maryland and is a Senior Examiner for the Baldrige Performance Excellence Program
