Kristi Sink is a distinguished healthcare executive currently serving as the Vice President of the Ambulatory Care Service Line at Centra Health. Throughout her career, Kristi has led initiatives that drove significant growth, launched new business ventures, and delivered exceptional operational results. Prior to her current role, Kristi served as the President, University Hospitals Elyria Medical Center near Cleveland, Ohio and as Vice President Ambulatory and Ancillary Services with Mission Health in Asheville, NC, an 800-bed level 2 trauma center in Western North Carolina. Piro to these roles, Kristi held various executive leadership roles with Sentara Health and Bon Secours Health System in Norfolk/Virginia Beach, VA.
Energized by building healthier communities and driving operational excellence, Kristi has led strategic and operational initiatives across hospitals, service lines, and medical practices. As part of these initiatives, she built strong physician relationships and community partnerships that required successful integration with community organizations and physician practices.
A Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives, Kristi received her undergraduate degree in Psychology from Kenyon College and her Mater’s degree in Health Administration from The Ohio State University.
Kristi and her husband live in Lynchburg, VA, with their rescue dog Belle and recue cat Chloe.
