Rebekah (Becky) Compton, MBA, serves as the Chief Clinical Officer at UVA, University Physicians Group. In this capacity, she oversees more than 300 employees across 14 ambulatory clinics, including adult and pediatric primary care, specialty practices, and therapy services. Becky is a licensed Family Nurse Practitioner with doctoral training and holds an MBA from the University of North Alabama. Leveraging her extensive clinical and leadership experience as a medical director, she guides clinical operations and drives transformational initiatives to strengthen clinical teams and improve patient care while achieving financial stability.
